Model Yachts at CMYC

We are pleased to annouce that CMYC are a new MYA Club in the Met & Southern District.

We’re thrilled to announce that CMYC has joined the Model Yachting Association (MYA)—and we’re officially up and sailing!

At Hedgecourt, our fleet currently includes four DF-65s, one RG-65, and even a Hurricane for a splash of variety. With seven members, including a junior sailor, our enthusiasm is growing as we prepare to launch a race series. The boats are evenly matched, so it promises to be a thrilling and fun competition!

Want to join the fun?
We meet on Wednesday afternoons/evenings, with additional meet-ups on other evenings if there’s enough interest. Whether you’re an experienced sailor or curious to give model yachting a try, we’d love to welcome you.

For more details or to get involved, please reach out to our Cruising Co-Ordinator.
